This is an awesome and healthy breakfast recipe, upgraded with propolis and raw honey!


– 1 bowl, instant oatmeal or whole-grain granola

– 1 bowl, yogurt

– 10 drops propolis

– 2 tbsp raw honey

– 2 tbsp bee pollen

– 3 pieces of strawberry

– 5-6 pieces hazelnut, crushed


Mix granola or oatmeal with yogurt, propolis, pollen, and raw honey.  Cut strawberry into thin slices.  Garnish with hazelnuts and strawberry on top.
