In 2012 a Japanese research investigated the influence of royal jelly consumption in 61 healthy individuals at ages 42-83. The results demonstrated that regular intake of royal jelly into the diet for six months improved mental health and brain activity. They concluded that royal jelly may be a viable treatment of brain degenerative diseases.
